Honolulu rapid transit

HONOLULU (CN) — A contractor for Hawaii's "Skyline" light rail project says the city agency overseeing the construction mismanaged the project, costing the contractor at least $320 million. The project has suffered extreme delays since it kicked off in 2011, which the contractor directly attributes to the agency. It says the agency has continually refused to pay out, while the contractor has been funding the work itself.
