Honolulu paratransit

HONOLULU — Honolulu and the Justice Department settled an Americans with Disabilities Act dispute over the county and city’s paratransit service, TheHandi-Van, which has suffered from long telephone hold times. In three years the government will be required to answer 99% of calls within five minutes of the call.
