Hondas Have Bum Air, Class Claims

NEWARK (CN) - Honda and Acura auto air-conditioning systems have had defective condensers and compressors since 1998, a class action claims in Federal Court.

Plaintiffs demand damages for the cost of repairs. The claim covers all Honda and Acura models since model year 1998, including the Accord, Civil, Odyssey, Element, CR-V, Fit, Pilot, Ridgeline, S2000, RSX, TSX, TL, RL, RDX, and MDX.

Plaintiffs are represented by David Mazie of Roseland, N.J.
