An appeals court in New York stayed the forced relocation of nearly 200 homeless men from the Lucerne Hotel on the Upper West Side to a Radisson in Lower Manhattan. The Lucerne has been an emergency shelter since the summer to allow the men to socially distance during the pandemic.

NEW YORK — An appeals court in New York stayed the forced relocation of nearly 200 homeless men from the Lucerne Hotel on the Upper West Side to a Radisson in Lower Manhattan. The Lucerne has been an emergency shelter since the summer to allow the men to socially distance during the pandemic.
