3-Point Mortgage and eight other companies failed to provide required disclosures, according to class actions in Milwaukee County Court.

The other defendants are The Mortgage Co., Nations First Mortgage, Community Mortgage of Wisconsin, Badgerland Mortgage Croup, Hartland Mortgage Centers, McGlone Mortgage Co., Monarch Mortgage Co., and Alpine Financial.
