Home Solutions, Lisa Chacon and others defrauded a homeowner of $340,000 in a foreclosure-rescue scam, Gail Gonzalez claims in Sonoma County Court. She also sues Brian Jackson, Freida Hishmeh, Shelley Christensen, Novastar Mortgage, American Home Escrow Corp., Ruby Vega, John David Derakhshanian, and Surety Bonding Company of America.
A class-action complaint in Baton Rouge Federal Court accuses these defendants of charging excessive fees on home sales: Leslie Gladney, Mark W. Schoen, Southland Trace LLC, Burns and Co., and Baton Rouge Title Co.
