LOS ANGELES - Cody Herpin sued Simon & Schuster dba Spotlight Entertainment and his ex-wife Jodie Sweetin, an actress, claiming they put him in a false light in the memoir "UnSweetined," which depicted him "as an uncaring, attention-seeking leech who had no interest in his wife's pregnancy and only used her for the money and fame that came along with her celebrity," in Superior Court.
