SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld dismissal of an antitrust action brought by two entertainment journalists against the Hollywood Foreign press Association, whose membership practices are allegedly exclusionary. The journalists did not establish a per se restraint of trade, however, to support their claims brought under the Sherman Act.
