Hold It, State Tells Condo Managers

ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (CN) - The Maryland Commission Of Human Relations sued the Columbia Park Condominium Association and American Community Management for discrimination, claiming that when a disabled resident, who also has cancer, asked for a handicapped parking space, they retaliated by making him remove his rose bushes, and a light, and tried to make him get rid of his dog.

The state sued the Annapolis condos in Howard County Court. It demands $300,000 in damages for the man, and a letter of apology.
