Hogan sex tape 'fair use'

TAMPA — Hulk Hogan’s estate is denied a preliminary injunction to stop the documentary, “Video Killed the Radio Star: The Untold Story of the Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Scandal,” from including footage from a sex tape of Hogan and the ex-wife of radio host Bubba the Love Sponge Clem. Only a fragment of the sex tape is used in the documentary and it appears those excerpts were already available to the public through media sites, so it is likely that “fair use” protects the inclusion of the clips, a federal judge ruled.
