LEXINGTON, Ky. – A federal court in Kentucky ruled in favor of the Singapore Ministry of Health in a dispute with an American man who stole the country’s HIV registry and disclosed its contents. The man is ordered to return all copies of the information and cease any attempts to disclose it.
