OAKLAND, Calif. — A federal court in California granted final approval of a settlement between Bristol Myers Squibb Company, E.R. Squibb & Sons, and a class of end-payor plaintiffs in a suit alleging drugmakers used anticompetitive tactics to delay generic versions of essential HIV drugs.
