Hiring a babysitter

RICHMOND, Va. — A Virginia couple who wants a Christian babysitter to care for their special needs daughter sued over a recent amendment to state law that bans the hiring of domestic workers based on religious preference, claiming it burdens their right to freely exercise their religion.
