Hip-Hop Tune Leads To Unpleasantness

HOUSTON (CN) - Chamillitary Inc., owned by rapper Chamillionaire (Hakeem Seriki), sued music producer David Burke pka Dave MG, claiming that Burke falsely claimed to own rights to a tune Seriki released as "You Must Be Crazy." Then third party Jomar Dogue aka Jomeezius the Genius claimed he wrote the ditty, under the title, "It's a Man's World," and threatened to sue. Chamillionaire wants to settle with Jomeezius, but Dave threatens to sue if he does. See complaintin Harris County Court.
