Hilton prostitution claims proceed

LAS VEGAS — A federal court in Nevada denied Hilton’s motion to dismiss sex trafficking claims by a woman who says she was commercially trafficked through one of its hotels when she was 16. She would often walk past the hotel front desk in sexual attire as a minor, she said, and adds that hotel employees knew she was underaged and being forced into prostitution. Her claims are plausibly alleged, and there is no evidence that the claims are untimely, so they proceed.
