Hilton ERISA Case

WASHINGTON - In the 17-year-old court-ordered reform of Hilton's retirement plan, a class action whose payouts hit the $33 million mark in February, a federal judge made a small tweak Thursday regarding denial letters members of the class who do not qualify for benefits receive.
