Highway Garden

Philadelphia is not immune from a man’s adverse possession claim relating to a vacant plot of land near his home, which he has tended to as a garden for the last 25 years, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruled. The city had condemned the land to use during the construction of a highway.
