GULFPORT, Miss. — A Mississippi federal court allowed a high schooler to pursue emotional distress claims against his school for allegedly failing to keep him from being bullied by his soccer teammates. The other kids repeatedly made the student, who has a disease that makes his skin sensitive to contaminants, experience flare-ups during practice or before games.
