High school harassment

WILMINGTON, N.C. (CN) — A North Carolina federal judge allows three high school students to bring their sex discrimination and breach-of-contract claims against a private school. The young women say they were subjected to offensive remarks and jokes about sexual assault made by male students who wanted to upset them, and were never stopped by teachers or school administrators.
