High Court Turns Down Wireless Carriers’ Case

WASHINGTON (CN) - The Supreme Court on Tuesday let stand a ruling that prevents wireless carriers from listing taxes and other government fees as separate line items on customers' bills. Sprint Nextel and T-Mobil USA had accused state and local governments of trying to hide taxes and fees by couching them in the companies' other charges. See order list.
