High Court Passes on H.S. Religious Speech Issue

WASHINGTON (CN) - The U.S. Supreme Court rejected an appeal from a Las Vegas-area high school valedictorian who said her constitutional rights were violated when school officials turned off her microphone during her religion-themed graduation speech.
