Hidden Bathroom Camera

Circle K cannot be held liable for a woman’s negligence claims relating to a hidden camera she found installed in the women’s restroom at one of the convenience stores, a federal judge in Alabama ruled. An unknown third party who put the camera in the restroom committed a crime, but Circle K could not have foreseen this criminal activity.
