Hershey Labeling

SAN JOSE, Calif. - A consumer of Hershey products may have a case under California's unfair competition law regarding antioxidant nutrient claims, but Hershey deserves summary judgment as to its website, advertising and labeling statements on which the consumer did not actually rely, a federal judge ruled.
