DENVER - A couple claims their son was one of 159 people who got hepatitis A from Townsend Farms Organic Antioxidant Blend berry and pomegranate mix last summer; click headline to see defendants in Federal Court.

Named as defendants are Townsend Farms Inc., an Oregon corporation; Purely Pomegranate Inc., a California corporation; Fallon Trading Co. Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation; and United Juice Corp., a New Jersey corporation.
