Hemp seeds

MADISON, Wis. — A federal court in Wisconsin dismissed a hemp company’s suit against three individuals from whom it bought 6,000 hemp seeds. The company claimed the seeds weren’t as productive as represented and had higher THC levels than permitted under state law. The claims are subject to arbitration.
