A group of out-of-network health care providers cannot prove United Behavioral Health unreasonably restrained trade, a federal court in California ruled, dismissing the case. The plaintiffs claimed the behavioral health claims handler fixed the amount that it reimbursed them, causing them to be consistently underpaid.
