CLEVELAND – A load of hydrogen sulfide mislabeled "non-hazardous" by chemical supplier Detrex killed a truck driver who disposed of the chemical and then breathed in its fumes while cleaning his truck, the driver's widow claims in Cuyahoga County court.

The plaintiff is Nancy Williams, individually and as administrator of the estate of Ronald G. Williams.
