HONOLULU — A federal court in Hawaii dismissed voters’ lawsuit against the Hawaii Republican Party, the state office of elections and some attorneys and judges. The voters said Republicans interfered with the 2022 primary elections’ results, and that state courts did not properly adjudicate the claims; their claims fail for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
