HONOLULU — A federal court in Hawaii refused to remand the state attorney general’s complaint against pharmaceutical companies that have allegedly unfairly pushed up the price of their drugs. The pharmaceutical firms properly removed the complaint to federal court, as one of them is contracted to provide health care to members of the military.
