ATTORNEYS - The Hawaii high court orders the suspension of attorney Steven Johnson for 90 days for his violation of client conflict of interest, neglect of a legal matter, failure to deposit or maintain client funds in trust, failure to account for client funds, failure to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter, failure to communicate with a client sufficiently to allow a client to make informed decisions regarding representation, and failure to respond to a lawful demand for information.
