Having A Social Security Number|Violates Religious Freedom, Pilot Says

AUSTIN (CN) - A pilot claims the State of Texas unconstitutionally refused to renew his cropdusting license because he won't supply it with his Social Security number. Gene McArthur III says he "revoked and rescinded his Social Security number in 1995" because it violated his "sincerely held religious beliefs," but his complaint in Travis County Court does not state what those beliefs are, nor how being assigned a 10-digit number violates them.
