Melissa Thompson sued Gramercy Global Media dba The Blast and its founder Mike Walters in federal court, claiming they violated a nondisclosure about her alleged 2017 rape by Harvey Weinstein by disclosing her tale “to Weinstein’s public relations team, who then widely smeared and disparaged Ms. Thompson.”
