BOSTON – A federal court in Massachusetts dismissed race discrimination claims against the Harvard Law Review Association and Harvard Law School. Two nonprofit groups alleged that the defendants used “race and sex preferences” when selecting student members of the association, choosing articles and hiring law school faculty. The plaintiff groups failed to establish standing.
