Attorney Carlos Ryerson has been accused of failing to inform his firm that he was representing the Petroleum Workers Union of the Republic of Mexico in a garnishment lawsuit, in Harris County Court. The Commissions for Lawyer Discipline claims he then tried to collect $7 million in attorney fees from the union without notifying his firm.
