HarperCollins Wants Victoria Gotti’s $70,000

MANHATTAN (CN) - HarperCollins demands Victoria Gotti return the $70,000 advance she got for a memoir she never delivered. The publisher says Gotti, daughter of the late John Gotti, delivered only two unacceptable outlines and never produced a manuscript.

Victoria Gotti was briefly the star of a "reality" TV series, "Growing Up Gotti."

HarperCollins sued in New York County Court.
