Hantavirus Outbreak

A federal judge dismissed the United States with prejudice as a defendant in claims and cross-claims against it for a 2012 hantavirus outbreak in Yosemite National Park, but claims against Delaware North Parks & Resorts and others will go to trial on April 8.
