Hannah Montana Fans Sue Web Site Operator

NASHVILLE (CN) - Interactive Media Marketing and Smiley Miley Inc. defraud Hannah Montana fans on their "MileyWorld.com" Web site, charging $29.95 to join the club to get services the defendants cannot provide: early access for concert tickets, according to a class-action complaint in Federal Court.
