Handicapped students plausibly neglected

RENO, Nev. — A federal court in Nevada denied the government’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit concerning neglected handicapped students. Their school was insufficiently staffed and did not have a professional development program, and the handicapped students were more likely to be isolated and suspended from school than regular students due to this neglect.
