JUDICIARY, CIVIL PROCEDURE- Petitioner Duque wanted to prevent the trial court judge from presiding in a cost-of-living-allowance case because the judge's father was a member of the plaintiff class. The Guam Supreme Court found that Duque has an adequate remedy, since Guam law lets Duque file a taxpayer action seeking an injunction against the previous court orders. In re: Duque v.
