LOS ANGELES (CN) - The Bel Air Crest Master Association demands the California Department of Transportation and Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority be stopped from widening I-405 through Sepulveda Pass until they complete an adequate environmental impact study.
The project will add a northbound High Occupancy Vehicle lane to the I-405 to connect existing carpool lanes. Plaintiff claims the defendants did not adequately inform the public, and that their EIR violates the California Environmental Quality Act.
The plaintiff is represented in Superior Court by Lisabeth Rothman with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck.
