An actress cast for an advertisement promoting Montefiore Medical Center’s organ-donor and transplant program claims in court that one of the hospital’s surgeons groped her breast while she was “strapped to a surgical bed and mock-intubated,” pretending to be unconscious.

BRONX, N.Y. — An actress cast for an advertisement promoting Montefiore Medical Center’s organ-donor and transplant program claims in court that one of the hospital’s surgeons groped her breast while she was “strapped to a surgical bed and mock-intubated,” pretending to be unconscious.

Montefiore canceled the ad when she complained, costing her income.
