A federal court in Montana ruled against the Center for Biological Diversity on its claims that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service did not properly address the center’s 2014 petition for an update to a recovery plan for grizzly bears.

MISSOULA, Mont. — A federal court in Montana ruled against the Center for Biological Diversity on its claims that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service did not properly address the center’s 2014 petition for an update to a recovery plan for grizzly bears.
