SAN FRANCISCO (CN) — The Ninth Circuit on Thursday affirmed summary judgment for the Export-Import Bank of the United States, for the Center for Biological Diversity’s lack of standing to challenge to the bank’s authorization of nearly $4.8 billion in financing for two liquid natural gas projects near the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.
