Grazing Sheep

The Ninth Circuit upheld a ruling against conservationists in their suit challenging the government’s grazing of domestic sheep in Montana’s Centennial Mountains, finding the defendants adequately considered the effects the grazing will have on increasing conflicts between grizzly bears and humans.
