Grazing Authorizations

The Ninth Circuit upheld a ruling in favor of the U.S. Forest Service in a dispute brought by conservation groups challenging grazing authorizations the agency issued between 2006 and 2015 in the Malheur National Forest. The agency met its “procedural and substantive obligations."

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld a ruling in favor of the U.S. Forest Service in a dispute brought by conservation groups challenging grazing authorizations the agency issued between 2006 and 2015 in the Malheur National Forest. The agency met its “procedural and substantive obligations."
