Grand Coulee Dam

PORTLAND, Ore. - Salmon farmers say the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers "is killing staggering numbers of fish" by releasing too much water from Grand Coulee Dam, "including endangered species, fish they feed upon, and plaintiff's fish"; they seek an expedited hearing.
