The superintendent and a principal claim the school board of St. George Community Consolidated School District No. 258 held illegal executive sessions concerning the district's $4 million budget and "ordered (them) to engage in illegal activity under threat of losing their jobs," in a RICO complaint in Urbana, Ill., Federal Court.
