The University of California Board of Regents unconstitutionally prohibited AFSCME Local 3299 from handing out leaflets in front of UCLA and UCSF Medical Centers, the union claims in Alameda County Court, Oakland.

SpeechNow.org sued the FEC in DC Federal Court, challenging its prohibition of acceptance of political contributions of more than $1,000 unless the recipient registers as a political committee and submits itself to the FEC's "burdensome" rules.
