Berrien County deputy sheriff Jonathan Nichols raped and forcibly sodomized an inmate at the county jail, she claims in Valdosta, Ga., Federal Court.

An inmate at the federal prison in Victorville claims prison guard Julio Macias sexually assaulted her. She also sued the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Prisons, in Los Angeles Federal Court.

A woman sued the District of Columbia in Federal Court, claiming its employee Edward Cole, chaplain at Oak Hill Youth Center, sexually pawed and harassed her.
