The Town of Triana claims the Sheriff of Madison County, Ala., unconstitutionally shut down all its charitable bingo games because Triana is predominantly black. Triana claims in Huntsville Federal Court that it gets more tax money from bingo than from liquor, tobacco, real estate, hotel and sales taxes combined.
